The City is urging everyone to be aware that city staff including Saint John Water do not make house visits, water from the South Bay wellfield is safe to drink and buying or installing a water softener is a personal choice.
The Financial and Consumer Services Commission has been made aware of this and you are encouraged to share the details of this scam online and with your neighbours.
