Michael John Murray of Saint John pleading guilty in Provincial Court to 7 counts of failing to file corporation income tax returns.
Murray failed to file corporate returns for the tax years 2006-2012 for Rujo Holdings Ltd. which operates as Portland Pub and Steakhouse.
Murray was fined $1,000 per charge for a total of $7,000, which must be paid by January 31, 2016.
He has until August 1st 2015 to file all of the outstanding returns.
