The walloping of snow we’ve recieved is causing some transportation snags this morning.
Saint John Transit has determined they’re not sending out any city transit buses until at least noon today. They’ll be re-assessing the situation at noon and deciding whether to send buses on their regular routes at that point.
As well, the Department of Transportation has let us know that the Belleisle Ferry is off its run until further notice due to ice conditions – the ferry became caught in snow and slush and one car was taken off it.
