The recount in the riding of Saint John Harbour is completed and the winner is once again Liberal Gerry Lowe.
PC candidate Barry Ogden trigged the recount after losing to Ogden by just 10 votes, anything 25 and under can lead to a recount.
Judge Hugh McLellan told those in Courtroom # 8 at the Saint John Law Court the results.

Outside the court building, Lowe was asked by reporters why he was not there for the whole recount like Ogden.
“I can’t change the count you know to stand there and watch paint dry for two days, I’m surprised all you people stayed there all that time really,” stated Lowe.
