A Fredericton man who allegedly kidnapped his estranged partner will be back in a Moncton courtroom today for election and plea.
25 year old Hyper James A’Hearn is accused of 7 offences including kidnapping while using an air pistol, uttering death threats, and criminal harassment.
After recieving a report of a kidnapping, Moncton police discovered A’Hearn in Centennial Park with a woman with whom he was allegedly once in a relationship.
He has been in custody since his arrest and waived his right to a bail hearing.
