Charges have been laid against a 20-year-old man in connection with a single vehicle crash near Fredericton where the 19-year-old passenger died.
Blair James Magionas is facing charges that include impaired driving causing death and operation of a motor vehicle causing death while having a blood alcohol level of more than 0.08-percent.
The RCMP say the crash happened on September 5 on Route 102 in Lincoln.
Magionas is out on conditions and is scheduled to return to court on February 29 to enter a plea.
