Saint John city councillor Bill Farren wants to see the sale of the buliding that once housed the Falls Restaurant to go through.
Farren tells CHSJ News he believes the building is worth a pot of gold.
He says tour buses that come to the city sell tour packages based on the fact they’re going to see the Reversing Falls.
Max Kotlowski has made an offer of $1 million dollars to purchase the building.
