A 38-year-old St. Andrews man being arrested after an incident involving a firearm on the south end of Water Street.
The early investigation indicates the firearm was discharged to shoot a wild animal that had reportedly attacked a neighbour’s dog.
The man has been released from custody.
The investigation is ongoing.
