As far as operations are concerned with the city of Saint John, the storm that brought that pile of snow on Sunday just ended at 7am this morning.
CHSJ News asked Kevin Rice if people are being any nicer to city staff and he says unfortuneately not.
Rice says people are upset when they see plows on a street that was already plowed when their street has not been touched but there is a reason for that.
He says it wouldn’t be effective to divert a plow that is widening a road to work on a road where it’s going to get stuck.
He says it will be two or three weeks before the mess from this blizzard is cleaned up.
