Saint Johners being given a heads up by the city’s Emergency Management Organization about a mock exercise they’re participating in Thursday morning.
The exercise led by Brunswick Pipeline will simulate a natural gas pipeline incident within City limits from 10am to noon and residents in the area may notice emergency response vehicles and increased activity during that time.
It’s happening in the Fernhill Cemetary area on the East side and interruptions to traffic, homes or business are not anticipated.
NB EMO, City Police, Ambulance NB, NB Power and Saint John Energy are all taking part.
