A 20-year-old man from McAdam is facing charges under the Off-Road Vehicle Act.
The RCMP had been investigating several complaints since mid-July regarding someone driving an ATV in the area at all hours of the night. The driver was charged for operating an off-road vehicle that was unregistered and uninsured with excessive noise and within 7.5 metres of a highway.
The fines total over 12 hundred dollars.
