Saint John Police suspect alcohol may have been a contributing factor in a single-vehicle crash early this morning on Highway 1.
It happened around 3:18 Tuesday morning when a car in the eastbound lane appears to have clipped the guardrail near the one-mile interchange at near exit 125 and that caused the airbag to deploy.
The 29-year-old man was taken to hospital with moderate to serious injuries.
