DPL Group from Rothesay offers tracking technology that can help curb cargo theft.
A couple of trailers have been stolen in the province in recent weeks.
Kelci Hunter of DPL tells us they can attach sensors to heavy equipment or trailers.
She says if that sensor is disturbed it will send a GPS signel about where the location of the disturbance was.
Hunter says they have recovered backhoes or other equipment in the U.S. when a curfew alarm was received from their device.
