The Saint John Police Force has seized a vehicle in connection with a hit and run on February 7th on Crown Street where a 51 year old man was seriously hurt.
The police are waiting for the results of forensic evidence seized from the vehicle.
The owner of the vehicle was questioned but no arrests have been made so far.
A man hurt in the hit and run is listed in serious condition and his recovery is expected to take a long time.
