Man Arrested After KV Business Robbed

Kennebecasis Regional Police have made an arrest in connection with an armed robbery in Quispamsis.

Police say a man with his face covered entered the Foodland/Needs Gas Bar on Market Street around 9:30 p.m. last Friday.

They say the armed suspect robbed the clerk of some cash and other items before fleeing the scene.

Police say a 32-year-old man from Rothesay was arrested on Wednesday.

He is scheduled to appear in Saint John provincial court on Thursday morning.
