Remembrance Day has taken on an increased signficance for many Canadians this year, in light of several tragedies involving the deaths of soliders on our own soil.
Inn Saint John, the Remembrance Day ceremony will be held at Harbour station. Members of the public can arraive any time after 9:45 am with the parade assembling at 10:15. The service starts at 10:40 am, and everyone is encouraged to be in their seats by this time.
There will be parking at Harbour Station, and free parking at the new indoor parking garage.
In Quispam, the ceremony is at the QPlex with doors opening at 9:30. You’re asked to be seated by 10:30.
