A 22 year old woman was arrested for spitting in the face of a nurse at the Regional Hospital. She will be appearing in court at a later date for assault.
Police say the nurse was attempting to restrain the women when it happened.
The New Brunswick Nurses Union has been warning for sometime about nurses increasingly being subjected to physical violence and verbal abuse.
