The death of former Saint John East MLA Carole Keddy almost passed unnoticed. She died in late January with no funeral being held or obituary written.
Portland-Simonds MLA Trevor Holder and his colleagues want to honour her in some way.
Holder says she did a lot of things for the community without seeking credit.
She served as a Conservative MLA from 1999 to 2003.
