Good news for drivers in New Brunswick with a 2 or 3 cent drop in gas prices expected at midnight.
Senior petroleum analyst Dan McTeague with gasbuddy.com says diesel will also fall overnight.
“Diesel should drop closer to 5.5 cents per litre. It looks like New Brunswick continues to have – on the wholesale side – some of the highest diesel prices in Canada.”
McTeague expects a similar drop for furnace oil – unlike last week’s huge jump.
