Spring hasn’t sprung just yet.
We have a special weather statement in effect advising of a storm that will hit parts of New Brunswick on Saturday.
Meteorologist Claude Cote says Moncton, Sussex and Saint John are expected to be the hardest hit areas, with over 20 centimetres of snow.
He says there will be high wind gusts of up to 60 kilometres an hours.
Cote says this storm is the result of two storms that will merge together. The first, a low pressure system over the Great Lakes, and the other that will be forming around New York City on Saturday afternoon.
The storm will wrap up on Sunday night.
