City Police arresting a 27 year old man on Waterloo Street for attempting to assault two women.
He is now being investigated for two other assaults of women that occurred back in January, one on Waterloo Street and the other on Princess..
Police managed to get a photo of him back then thanks to a surveillance camera.
Police Chief Bill Reid is hoping more homeowners and businesses get on board with letting police know if they have surveillance cameras on their properties.
Reid says it saves police a lot of time during their investigations.
