A new commercial development called “Big RockPlaza” along Millenium Drive coming up before Quispamsis Council.
The development calls for eventual construction of five buildings with retail, office space, food service and light manufacturing next to the Home Hardware store. The land is already zoned Business Park Commercial.
Construction of the first building would start this spring and the others would be built depending on commercial demand.
Town staff say they have no concerns about the proposed development which would allow for the water system to be extended. Storm water management would include a retention pond.
