N-B Power is wearing a new face — the utility is moving to focus more on customer service.
Acting C-E-O Gaetan Thomas says the company has to hear customers when they suffer the pain of losing jobs or closing a business.
Thomas says the utility will also work at doing a better job of communicating with its customers — and — he says a safe and reliable supply of electricity will remain the top priority.
