Hundreds Expected To Tour Moncton Maple Sugar Camp

Despite a later start than usual, the Moncton Maple Sugar Camp is now open for the season.

Hundreds of people pass through the camp every spring for free tours.

Spokesperson Heather Fraser says the tours are designed to be a fun and educational experience.

“We really want to teach people about how much goes on and into bringing maple products to your table.”

As always, Fraser says the taste tasting is one of the most popular parts of the tour.

The maple sugar camp is located near the Turtle Creek Reservoir, just past the water tower on Highway 910.
