High winds are being blamed for yet another delay in the opening for the fall lobster season in the south-western half of the Province.
A conference call today had total agreement from all fisherman between St. Martins and Campobello Island that the conditions are not right.
Thi is the third delay for the fishery this season and boats will try to venture out Friday morning.
