A new digital publishing company with the goal of promoting conversation around modern cannabis culture launching in Saint John, called Civilized.
Derek Riedle started the site. He says millions of people around the world enjoy smoking pot recreationally.
He says you’ll be able to read about travel, politics, business and broader pop culture.
Riedle says the endeavour has created 14 full-time jobs here in the city.
Riedle says people have been exposed to negative messages about cannabis for decades and generations, which in his opinion don’t stand up compared to other things that people enjoy in their lives.
