A Saint John man pleading not guilty to charges relating to an attempted armed robbery at a home in Summerville on Monday.
Police say at about 4 a.m. a man went into the home but fled when confronted by the homeowner and didn’t take anything.
30-year-old Luke Dakin Dickie will be appearing in court on Thursday for a bail hearing.
Police believe this was an isolated incident.
