Province Says Youth Employment Fund Program Successful So Far

The province says almost 1500 youth have found placements since the launch of the Youth Employment Fund.

The Youth Employment Fund is a program designed to provide unemployed youth aged 18-29 with an opportunity to develop skills. It provides an entry point to long-term employment for individuals who require experience as identified through their employment action plan.

It was officially launched in March last year.
