In spite of big job losses last month, Premier Brian Gallant claims the economic climate is looking good for the province and a jobs plan will be delivered to the legislature.
He says consultations have been taking place with industries and community leaders.
Gallant points to the 250 I-T jobs announced by IBM, the increase in the minimum wage, the reduction of the tax on small business and Fredericton being named the most competitive city in the country.
