A strange incident prompting a police investigation after a man turned up outside the Peel Plaza courthouse after being attacked.
The 38 year old’s hands were bloodied and there were visible injuries to his back. He claims a man with his face concealed attacked him with a hammer in an apartment on Peters Street.
The injured man was taken to hospital to have his wounds treated.
