The Saint John Real Estate Board says home sales for last month are just below levels last September but, the decline was smaller than in the previous two months.
Home sales numbered 169 units last month, down 7 per cent from a year earlier.
President of the Saint John Real Estate Board, Jason Stephen says while the improvement in September sales is a sign demand is starting to stabilize, activity remains below where it was earlier this year.
