Police arrested two men, one of whom was wanted on a Canada-wide warrant, after a short chase near the Reversing Falls Bridge at 3:45 this morning.
Police got a heads up about a sighting of a vehicle they’d been told to look out for.
According to Sergeant Rick Caswell, the men ran off the road by the Falls Restaurant and fled down the path by the river. One Saint John man, age 34, and an Ontario man, 29 will appear in court this morning.
The 29 year old was wanted in Ontario for breaching a court-ordered condition to abide in a halfway house.
As well, an 18 year old man has been arrested in connection with a robbery with weapon a few days ago.
He’ll also be appearing in court today.
