Another adjournment in a dark case from Pennfield.
Four people have been charged from the incident, including unlawful confinement, assault, threats and mischief, after a 21 year old was held and beaten at a Pennfield home in late September.
Lawyers for the group asking for a delay to give them time to seek disclosure in the case.
Two men in their 40’s and a 32-year-old woman are due back in St. Stephen Provincial Court on October 20th to enter pleas.
A fourth man, age 32, was remanded back into jail until his next court appearance with the others.
