The forecast comes from retirements, antipated business growth and normal workforce turnover.
Talent Recruitment Director Jeff Green says when they look at the three year forecast between 2017 and 2019, 89 per cent of the jobs they need to fill are in the Atlantic provinces and 70 per cent of the positions are in New Brunswick and Nova Scotia.
