A Saint John/KV Robbery Case Set Over Until April Without Pleas

Two Saint John men back in court on charges relating to two separate armed robberies in the City and in the KV.

The crimes occurred back on November 13th 2017.

Terence Moses and Chaz Daigle, who are both in their 20’s, face several charges including illegal possession of a firearm and armed robbery.

Sam’s Variety on Carmarthen Street was robbed along with the Daly’s on Hampton Road in Quispamsis.

Shots were fired during both robberies.

Moses and Daigle stood together in the prisoner’s box today (FRIDAY) as the case was set over until April 3rd for election and plea.

Once they left the prisoner’s box, several members of the gallery left the courtroom.
