A much-hyped fireworks display to celebrate 150 years of Moosehead, Barbours and Source Atlantic did not disappoint.
Saint Johners and others poured into the city to watch the display over the Harbour. After it was all over, the traffic was so congested, City Police report there were three collisions within 20 minutes.

The smiley face and heart fireworks got a big reaction from the employees and famillies of the three companies gathering in front of the Marco Polo Cruise Ship Terminal to watch the show.

Special permission was obtained from the Federal government to allow the spectators to watch from that section of Port Saint John.
Spontaneous applause broke out among the crowd watching along Water street at the end of the show.
