A Woman Faces Charges Following A Deadly Crash In Temple

A 44-year-old Lower Hainesville man is dead after a crash in Temple and a Woodstock woman has been arrested.

Just before 830 on Saturday night, West District RCMP got a report about a collision between a car and motorcycle on Temple Road.

The man driving the motorcycle died because of his injuries and the car involved in the crash was not at the scene when police arrived.

A 44-year-old woman was later located and arrested. She is due in Woodstock provincial court in November.

The Mounties think that alcohol is a factor in the crash.

The RCMP is looking to speak with a couple of people in a white pickup who may be witnesses.

If you know anything about this incident, call the West District RCMP at 506-473-3137 or contact Crime Stoppers toll free at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477)
