A date has been set for election and plea for a man identified by police as a full-patch member of the Hells Angels and a woman deemed his known associate.
Both 48-year-old Robin Moulton and 40-year-old Marie Antonette Bugay who were arrested in August and are both facing drug and weapons charges made a brief appearance in Saint John court, appearing together in the prisoner’s box.
An additional charge was laid against Bugay of having more than $5000 in Canadian money in her possession knowing that all or part of it was obtained by the commission of a crime.
Both Moulton and Bugay are scheduled to be back in court on November 16 for election and plea.
