American liquor back on sale in New Brunswick – for now

N.B. Liquor has put American products back on the shelves, but not everywhere and not for long.

The corporation has begun selling the American liquors at the Depot store in Salisbury.

These are the products pulled from stores in March as a response to U.S. President Donald Trump’s tariffs.

A statement from N.B. Liquor said this sale is just about making the products available so they don’t go to waste.

“By offering them at a single location, we can give customers who want these products a chance to purchase them,” the statement said.

Not all American products will be on the shelves in Salisbury right away, with what N.B. Liquor calls “customer favourites” out first. More products will follow over time.

The products will be sold as per the corporations regular pricing schedule. That means some may be featured on promotion or special discount, while others will be priced as usual.

The products will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis, and are available while stock remains.
