An Increase In Gas And Diesel Prices

Filling up the fuel tank in your vehicle is going to cost you a bit more on Thursday.

The new maximum price for regular self-serve is $1.133 per litre.

That is an increase of 0.4 cents after the weekly setting by the Energy and Utilities Board.

Diesel has climbed by 1.8 cents to a new maximum of $1.18 per litre.

Most local stations are selling gas and diesel for a few cents less.

Meanwhile, furnace oil is selling for a maximum price of $1.016 per litre, an increase of 1.7 cents.

Propane prices are up by 0.4 cents to a new maximum of $1.104.

Fuel prices are reset every Wednesday night in New Brunswick.
