A city bus driver has been released from jail after being charged with impaired driving, failing the breathalyser and several weapons offenses.
43 year old Walter Scott Lennon will be back in court November 20th to have a trial date set.
Lennon has been in custody after a driver was removed from a City Transit bus earlier this month on the west side. Shortly after that, there was a standoff with police at an apartment building on Loch Lomond Road at Westmorland which ended without anyone getting hurt.
