Another Hot And Humid Day Expected In N.B.

A heat warning continues for the third day across much of southern New Brunswick.

Environment Canada says highs will range between 27°C and 30°C.

But with the humidity, it will feel more like 36 to 39 outside.

Cooler conditions can be expected along parts of the coast.

Meanwhile, a number of temperature records were set in New Brunswick on Tuesday.

St. Stephen hit 32.8°C, edging the old record of 32.7°C set in 2005.

In the Saint John area, the high of 30.9°C beat the 2014 record of 30.7°C.

Bas-Caraquet topped out at 28.6°C, shattering the old record of 28.3°C set in 1967.
