Do not expect to get a break when fuel prices change on Thursday night.
An industry source says the maximum price for gasoline will climb by around one cent per litre.
If you use diesel, you can expect to pay more than five cents per litre extra, pushing the maximum price to over $2.00 per litre.
Currently, New Brunswickers are paying a maximum of $1.85 per litre for regular self-serve and $1.95 per litre for diesel.
In Nova Scotia, regular self-serve ranges from $1.84 to $1.88 per litre, while diesel is selling for between $1.92 and $1.96 per litre.
And on Prince Edward Island, the price for regular self-serve is around $1.83 per litre, while diesel costs around $1.98 per litre.
The New Brunswick Energy and Utilities Board adjusts prices every Friday at 12:01 a.m.
