Arrest Made After Firearm Pointed At Man In North End

An arrest has been made by the Saint John police after a firearm was pointed at a man at in the north end.

Police responded to a home on Tuesday afternoon for the incident, but the suspect fled the scene before police arrived. The Major Crime Unit was called in to investigate.

A 33-year-old man was arrested in Grand Bay Westfield and is facing a laundry list of charges including break and enter, possession of a weapon dangerous to the public peace, assault with a weapon and pointing a firearm.
