Bell says it’s ready to test enhanced technology aimed at blocking fraudulent phone calls.
Using Artificial Intelligence, Bell says the system has the capacity of blocking 120 million more phone calls than current technology.
The Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission ordered phone carriers last month to implement call-blocking technology.
Bell says it’s currently blocking about 220 million calls a month.
