Canada need not worry about a change in U.S. trade policy from the Trump Administration.
That was the message delivered to Prime Minister Trudeau and his cabinet at their retreat in Calgary by Stephen Schwarzman, economic advisor to President Donald Trump.
Schwarzman says Canada is well regarded, has special status even and a balanced trade arrangement with the U.S.
He adds the Trump Administration wants to double U.S. economic growth and, Schwarzman says, if that happens, the Canadian economy will benefit.
