Canada/U.S. Border Closure Extended

The Canada-U.S. border will remain closed for another month.

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced Thursday that non-essential travel between the two countries will be restricted until June 21st.

The joint restrictions have been in place since last March and have been extended on several occasions.

Trudeau says the move was made to protect public health and limit the spread of COVID-19.
