A 33-year-old man from northern New Brunswick is charged in connection with a stabbing incident in Richibucto.
RCMP arrested Jean-Paul Cormier yesterday in Aldouane, and he is now facing several charges including aggravated assault.
He was picked up in connection with a stabbing incident at a home on December 8th.
A 43 year old man suffered significant injuries and had to undergo surgery.
Cormier, who is from Canisto, NB, will return to Moncton court this afternoon for a bail hearing.
