Mounties are investigating the theft of a car and a camper trailer stolen from Kouchibouguac National Park on Monday afternoon (July 31).
Early Wednesday morning, RCMP say the car – a 2014 Volkswagen Jetta – was found in the park and had been set on fire but the trailer is still missing.
The trailer, a 1973 Boler camper, is white in colour and has Quebec license plate RG447OH.
Both belonged to a Quebec family who were vacationing in the region.
