A civilian employee at the base in Gagetown has been charged with one count of sexual assault.
The charge has been laid against Richard Kingdon of the 5th Canadian Division Support Group and stems from a reported sexual assault against a member of the Canadian Armed Forces at a social function at the base in December of last year.
The charge was laid by the Canadian Forces National Investigation Service.
